This quick and easy chicken nibble recipe that's fun to make and great in summer or winter.

2 Tbsp sweet sweet sting (squirts are more fun)
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp tomato ketchup
2 Tbsp of chilli paste
2 Tbsp of sweet soy ketchup
2 Tbsp of oyster sauce
2 Tbsp of Chinese cooking wine
2 Tbsp of apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp of vegetable oil
1 Tbsp of water
1 Tbsp of roasted peanuts
1.2 kg of plain chicken nibbles
Measure out all marinade ingredients and place in a bowl. Mix well and add chicken.
Place in refrigerator and allow to marinate for 15 to 20.
Place chicken nibbles on a tray in a single layer, keep the excess marinade aside.
Preheat oven to 180 fan heat, place tray of nibbles in oven, cook for 45 minutes until sticky and golden.
To serve, garnish with sesame seeds, Japanese mayo, Coriander and Enjoy!.
