Christmas day has never been more delicious.
When it comes to picking the perfect ham for Christmas (and one that will please everyone), we’ve found the easiest recipes are always the best.

1 large Free Range Cooked Ham On Bone
1/2 cup Sweet Sting Hot Honey
1 cup Sweet Sting Goldie Tangy Amerian Mustard
1 handful Cloves
1. To make the glaze: In a pot mix together the Hot Honey and Goldie mustard. Heat the Hot Honey and Goldie mustard glaze for 5-7 minutes until it bubbles and thickens, stirring often. Remove from the heat.
2. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. To remove the skin from the ham, place the ham into the oven for 10 minutes. Gently peel away the skin ensuring to keep the fat intact. Using a sharp knife, score the ham in a crisscross pattern ensuring not to cut too deep.
3. Turn up the temperature of the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place the cloves in-between each of the crosses.
Transfer the ham into a baking tray. Brush the ham with the glaze all over, reserving some for one final glaze at the halfway cooking mark.
4. Cook for 1 hour, reapplying glaze after 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with your favourite sides.
