Hot Honey Mustard Salmon

Hot, sweet and tangy, this sizzling salmon with our Hot Honey Mustard will shake up your taste buds.
Serves: 4-6
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
400-500g salmon fillet, deboned
¼ cup Sweet Sting Hot Honey Mustard
200g green beans, ends trimmed
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, sliced into wedges
1 spring onion, thinly sliced
METHOD
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C fan bake.
2. Place the salmon skin side down on a lined baking tray and brush with half of the Sweet Sting Hot Honey Mustard.
3. Toss the beans with olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Scatter the beans on the tray around the salmon.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
5. Brush the salmon with the remaining Sweet Sting Hot Honey Mustard and garnish with spring onion and a wedge of lemon. Serve while it’s hot.
