Spicy Cucumber & Lime Gin Fizz

Here’s a little end of week mixer we created with a blend of our favourite gin from @brunswickacesnz, some good green stuff and of course, @sweetsting_hot_honey

Ingredients

2 Tbsp sweet sweet sting

1 cup Brunswick Aces Gin

2 splashes Tonic water

¾ cup lime juice

1 lebanese cucumber

Instructions

1. In a blender, combine chopped cucumber, Sweet Sting and lime juice and blitz.

2. Strain blitzed liquid and add gin.

3. Pour liquid into a cooled glass.

4. Finish with mint, cucumber swirls and enjoy with friends.
