Here’s a little end of week mixer we created with a blend of our favourite gin from @brunswickacesnz, some good green stuff and of course, @sweetsting_hot_honey

Ingredients
2 Tbsp sweet sweet sting
1 cup Brunswick Aces Gin
2 splashes Tonic water
¾ cup lime juice
1 lebanese cucumber
Instructions
In a blender, combine chopped cucumber, Sweet Sting and lime juice and blitz.
Strain blitzed liquid and add gin.
Pour liquid into a cooled glass.
Finish with mint, cucumber swirls and enjoy with friends.
