Ingredients
4 Tbsp sweet sweet sting (squirts are more fun)
8 flour tortillas
1 cup tasty cheese
Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
Place 4 tortillas on the bench and sprinkle an even amount of the cheese on each base.
Squirt Sweet Sting on each of the tortilla, squirt a little less if you would like to reduce the sweet heat level.
Top the cheesey sweet sting tortillas with one of the plain tortillas to form a tortilla sandwich.
Drizzle olive oil into a heated pan, once hot place in the tortilla sandwich, turning when the base browns.
To serve, enjoy with a simple salsa or just as they are. Yum.
